SBPZ Travel Award

Dear coleagues,

We are very pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the “SBPz Travel Award“. This is a financial support in the form of payments for accommodation costs (3 days) and registration fees for the XXXVI Annual Meeting of SBPz that will be awarded to post-graduate students and post-docs from foreign countries and residents abroad who are interested in presenting their work at our next meeting on August 31 to September 02, 2020 at the Hotel Glória in Caxambu, MG. With this award, SBPz seeks to stimulate the interaction between young researchers from different countries and Brazilian members of our Society, to increase the possibility for new collaborations between Brazilian groups and foreign researchers as well as creating opportunities for foreign researchers interested in developing their research in Brazil.

To apply, candidates must submit by e-mail: sbpztravelaward@sbpz.org.br until April 15^th:

(1) Full Name;

(2) Category (Post-Graduate or Post-Doc);

(3) Abstract according to the instructions below;

(4) Copy of the passport;

(5) Letter from their PhD or post-doctoral supervisor indicating the importance of the participation of the student/post-doc at the Annual Meeting of SBPz.

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by a committee of members of the SBPz scientific board and the result with the names of the winners will be announced before the final date for abstract submission.

The registration for SBPZ Travel Award will not insure the registration and abstract submission for Annual SBPZ meeting.

How prepare the abstract (must be in English)

Title can not have more than 255 characters.
Abstract might have until 2,000 characters with space.
Abstract submission might be as Word doc (.doc), attached in the e-mail.

Title	Uppercase, central, until 255 characters
Authors and Institution	List the authors and affiliations directly under the title, and underline the name of the presenter. Example: GODOY, P.D.M 1, NOGUEIRA Junior1, MORA, A.J.C. 2, SCHENKMAN, S2 , ELIAS, M.C.1 1Instituto Butantan, São Paulo, Brazil; 2 Universidade Federal de São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.
